Cant Sign Up With Paypal? -- Apr 15 2010, 7:21 PM
Hello UAW Clients!
Just a small notice about a paypal issue we've seen lately.
If you've been having issues signing up or renewing a subscription for your UAW account, please ensure you have Internet Explorer 8 or Firefox browser. We've seen some issues with IE7 not having proper certification and security settings for completing a paypal payment.
Updating should resolve all issues and allow the payment to be completed.
If you have any questions, please address a ticket to Adam at the helpdesk.

Hello UAW Users,
Please be advised that we will be performing system maintenance periodically throughout December 9th, 2009. You may notice some slowdowns or errors. We will try to get this maintenance done as quickly and efficiently as possible.
If you are having issues, please delay in submitting tickets until December 10th, as many issues will clear up after the maintenance.

Invalid Domain Error -- Jul 1 2009, 7:36 PM
Hello Unique Article Wizard Members,
Some of your may have come across an error when trying to submit a new article for review. If you are getting an "invalid domain" error after pushing the send/submit button, please know that this is an error in our domain check programming, and probably not an issue with your resource boxes.
Our head programmer and his team are working diligently to resolve this issue and get everthing back on track. It should be fixed in the next few hours.
If you are still experiencing an issue after midnight PST time (GMT -8) on July 1st, please submit a ticket and we will look at accounts on an individual basis to get this issue resolved.
