Links in the Resource Box -- Jan 3 2008, 7:57 PM
Your help page says:
"Aim to have TWO links back to your site, using two different keyword phrases. Do NOT use more than TWO links, as most article directories will simply delete your article."
If we choose to NOT have the UAW/UberArticle link included in the Resource Box, does this mean we can now add a THIRD LINK in our resource box?
An easy and a complicated question :-)
My recommendations would be to only include two links in your resource boxes total. The reason for this being that it is the best practice for the majority of article submissions and directories. The third link that is now optional for authors has been optional for directories for quite some time now. Therefore, it has been entirely in their control as to whether they wanted this link included or not.
However if you now include a third manadatory link (as the TOS says they must leave the author's part of the resource box intact), they may just decline the article completely as it is not within their allowances to remove the third link - only to decline or accept the article as they see fit.
Hope that helps.
