There must be something on your setup that is preventing the uploading of the files. Is there some firewall or other security setting that might be preventing uploads? Are you using text documents, not Word or other wordprocessors?

Are you using Windows or a Mac? Internet Explorer or Firefox (though we have tested it on both and it works fine)?

Have you tried clearing cookies, rebooting etc? That often resolves funny computer problems.

Alternatively, another way that you can submit the articles is by going to the Step-by-Step, entering step 1 and then jumping right to Step 5 where you can copy and paste your articles.
